Homeopathy is a system of medicine which uses highly diluted substances with the aim of triggering the body's natural system of healing.

The first appointment takes one to one and a half hours during which we discuss your health and well-being. I will then match the most appropriate remedy to your specific symptoms. Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes long, during which we assess the action of any remedies and discuss any further remedy as required. 

I am a fully qualified and registered with the Society of Homeopaths (since July 2004) and work within the Society's Code of Ethics and Practice. I am also qualified as an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and a Master Hypnotherapist and offer these where appropriate. All three approaches centre on you and can apply to issues that are physical, emotional, mental or spiritual in nature.
